Desktop app data

The SoleSorted desktop app stores your bookkeeping data locally on your PC. Your bookkeeping data is not uploaded to a SoleSorted server.

Website data

The SoleSorted website currently has no login, user accounts, online bookkeeping, or cloud storage.

Analytics and tracking

If analytics is configured, the website asks for your permission before loading Google Analytics 4. If you accept, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and receive the page path and title, campaign values from the standard UTM fields, and a begin_checkout event when you follow the SoleSorted Purchase button to Payhip.

The checkout event records the product identifier and the button location. It does not record a completed purchase, payment details, bookkeeping data, names, or email addresses. Arbitrary query parameters are not sent as analytics campaign data.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser's local storage. Sanitised campaign values may be kept in session storage so that attribution continues as you move between SoleSorted pages in the same browser tab. Choose Analytics settings in the page footer to accept, decline, or withdraw analytics consent.

Contact by email

If you contact SoleSorted by email, you choose what information to include. The information you send will be used to read and respond to your message.

Future changes

This privacy page will be updated if SoleSorted adds online accounts, cloud services, or other features that process information in the future.
